Summary: Unicorn says "be excellent with each other."
All attendees, speakers, sponsors, staff and volunteers at our conferences are required to agree with the following code of conduct. Organizers are required to enforce this code throughout the event. We are expecting cooperation from all participants to help ensuring a safe environment for everybody.
This is the only official version of the code of conduct and shall be enforced in all events with the ServerlessDays brand, without exceptions and without any changes. Organizers are required to directly link to this page: https://serverlessdays.io/coc.
ServerlessDays is committed to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment in any form. Sexual language and imagery are inappropriate in any conference setting, including talks, workshops, parties, and online media.
Harassment includes offensive comments related to the attributes listed above, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, unwanted photography or recording, disruption of events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.
Sponsors, Organizers, Volunteers, Speakers and Venue staff must also adhere to this policy. Anyone asked to stop harassing behavior must comply immediately. Anyone violating these rules may be sanctioned, expelled without a refund, and banned from future events, at the sole discretion of the organizers. We require all participants to follow these rules at all conference venues and related social events.
If you experience or witness harassment, please contact a staff member immediately. They will assist in contacting security or law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise help ensure your safety.
Violations, questions, or concerns can also be directed to the global Code of Conduct team at coc@serverlessdays.io.
